My connection with 3D animation began very early, through cinematics I watched while playing videogames in my childhood. Like anyone born in a small town without much access to good training schools, I always thought it would be impossible for me to enter this industry, which is why I ended up focusing my studies on architecture, even though I had a lot of exposure to 3D modeling on my own as a teenager.
After leaving my mother's house and spending four years studying architecture and urbanism in university, I realized there was a market where I could fit in well, creating 3D illustrations for products and architecture. This first professional contact made me give up architecture and dive fully into studying as a self-taught 3D generalist.
After a few years working with products and architecture, I had the opportunity to work on animations, where I felt the most fulfilled. Even though I usually focused on environment-related work, I was a generalist, very focused on problem-solving and the technical aspects of projects. I quickly advanced my career toward supervision, working alongside directors, coordinators, and producers to ensure quality deliveries.
Although I enjoyed supervising and leading teams, I now feel a stronger desire to return to the more artistic side of the process, especially in environment design, which connects deeply with my architecture studies that have also become part of my artistic knowledge base.
Beyond work, I really value having space in my life for diversity in routine and learning new things, as well as spending time with friends and family, going to the movies, and traveling. I'm fascinated by all kinds of art, so I've tried a bit of everything, including drawing, photography, music, dance, etc.
