Lisbon
The first city I visited outside the American continent was Lisbon, and the photos taken from the plane reflect some of my expectations for this trip.
Lisbon proved to be an incredibly inviting city, with an admirable cultural mix, offering countless landscapes and opportunities to admire.
Not far from Lisbon, I had the chance to visit Cascais and its beautiful beaches, as well as Sintra and its castles.

Madrid
Madrid was a big surprise. I didn’t have much context about the city and ended up being positively surprised by the grand architectural structures and small alleys filled with places offering a wide variety of gastronomic experiences. I confess that many of the photos taken in Madrid were almost accidental; I was so immersed in the city that I ended up putting photography in second place and left everything to review during editing, which turned out to be a very enjoyable process.

Barcelona
A marvelous city where I could find art in every corner. As a former architecture student, it was very special for me to experience a bit of daily life with what remains of Cerdà ’s urban plan and to appreciate GaudÃ’s architectural works. Beyond that, there’s so much life in Barcelona. There was definitely no physical rest here, as there was so much to see and feel that we never stopped walking. I’m not sure if my photos capture that so clearly, but every minute was worth it.
